Silambam National Committee
The Silambam National Committee is a national constituent of the Silambam movement. Subject to the control of the World Silambam Association (WSA), national committees are responsible for organizing their communities' and people's participation in their respective national games and assisting them towards participation in the World Silambam Tournaments. They may nominate cities within their respective areas for any future Silambam Games; they also promote the development of athletes and the training of coaches and officials at a national level within their country.
The Silambam National Committee is elected every four (4) years and may consist of up to four (4) representatives in each country, subject to approval by the World Silambam Association (WSA).
